Paul Kelly

Paul has been at Mpl Contact since 2004 and has enjoyed roles in the contact centre, Client Services Team and Client Analyst Team. Now Manager of the Client Analyst Team, he oversees the development of contact-handling scripts, IVR and reporting solutions. Relishing new challenges, Paul finds much reward in the client onboarding process, especially when exploring new territory with unique or complex service solutions. When not hunched over his laptop, Paul enjoys cinema and travel, and can occasionally be found murdering rock classics on the guitar.
