We always use your company name, or any other business greeting you prefer, and carefully take your callers’ details, checking name spellings and reading back telephone numbers and email addresses to ensure accuracy.

Our agents will ascertain the nature of the call, advise the caller you are unavailable – or any other ‘holding message’ you would like us to use – and take a brief message, before politely closing the call and sending the full call details to you by email. This part of the process is automated by our contact centre technology which means messages aren’t forgotten and are never stuck on a Post It note!

Our telephone answering services are available 24 hours 7 days a week and you can choose when you divert your calls to us as we have agents available in our UK contact centres around-the-clock.
