Paul is the CEO and Joint Owner of mplcontact Ltd. Paul qualified as a chartered accountant and subsequently started and ran his own recruitment company which he sold in 2007. He now invests and works as a non-executive director within the recruitment sector and other industries as diverse as software development, clothing manufacturing, corporate finance and management consultancy. Paul believes it is the people that make an organisation successful and encourages staff and workplace development at all levels.
Peter is the Finance Director and Joint Owner of mplcontact Ltd. Peter qualified as a chartered accountant and his subsequent business experience at director level spans pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, engineering and textiles. Raised and educated in Nottingham, Peter is passionate about bringing employment opportunities to the city and developing the skills of local people within the businesses he manages.
Siobhain is Head of Business Development and has over 20 years experience in the contact centre industry and outsourcing particularly. She has been with mplcontact for 9 years having previously worked at a large scale 4000 seat plus outsourcer. She has wide experience across multiple sectors, including telecoms, retail, social housing, financial services and facilities management along with an in depth understanding of managing outsourced relationships, defining and implementing solutions.
Client Services Team
The Client Services Team members are based in our Nottingham contact centre and, between them, have over 36 years’ experience supporting mplcontact clients and callers. Clockwise, from top right, the team is: Tracey Limbert (Client Services Director) who has been with mplcontact since 2003; Georgina Hurst has over 12 years experience at mplcontact; Alex Cook has worked for the company for some 5 years and Nichola Miller for over 13 years. Nicola Hunstone, not pictured, has worked for the company for 5 years; Nicola, Georgina, Alex and Nichola all started their careers at mplcontact as agents and so have an unsurpassed understanding of our services and technology. The entire team is dedicated to achieving the optimum level in customer service, getting it right first time and ensuring the customer experience for both our clients and our callers is always of the highest standard.

Pauline – Customer Service Agent
I started work at mplcontact in November 1999, so it could be fair to assume that I like my job! I particularly enjoy the camaraderie of my colleagues. Prior to this I was a PA to the Managing Director of a Builders Merchants and then, together with my husband, ran our own successful Roofing Company for many years. Away from work I enjoy several hobbies; we have a large allotment which keeps us very busy over the summer months and it is lovely to share some produce with work colleagues at harvest time. I also enjoy going to the theatre to see shows, particularly musicals in London’s West End. During my time at mplcontact I have seen many changes. When I first started working here the call handling service mainly consisted of basic message taking and brochure requests. However new technology now enables us to offer services to clients which I could never have envisaged and we are constantly evolving and developing. Looking to the future, I am sure this will allow the team to provide excellent customer service to clients which meets all their growing requirements.
Craig – Team Leader
I started working for mplcontact 10 years ago and progressed from the role of Contact Centre Operator to Team Leader. I started as a daytime Team Leader and then moved to nights about 4 years ago. I really enjoy working here due to the fast paced nature of the business and the fact we have so many different kinds of calls coming through ensures it is never dull. We also have a lot of hard working talented staff who I have formed strong working bonds with. When I’m not working I enjoy dining out with friends and my partner and playing video games. I also spend a lot of time reading about technology and being free technical support to anyone I know.
Michelle – Team Leader
I have worked for mplcontact for the last 11 years. Prior to this, I worked for a company called Providian National Bank where I was based in Collections as a team leader. I spend my spare time with my grandchild and walking my dogs.
Julie – Customer Service Agent
I have worked at mplcontact since 2007. Before this I worked at a Voluntary Aided School within the Behaviour Department…yes, very diverse! However, before having my son I worked full time as a receptionist in a very busy Trade Office that was also open to the public. I work the weekend shifts and so pretty much work alongside the same team of agent which means, over the years, I have come to build some nice working relationships. The team I work with, including the team leaders, along with the wide variety of calls we handle, makes working at mplcontact enjoyable. I am very much a ‘people person’ which goes a long way in this line of work!
